My UWCB Boxing match in November (Cancer trust Charity Event)
Right we getting serious about this then!
It's on now...
Tickets have come through!!
Looks like I've got 3 or 4 OJCers coming to support me on the big night.
Anyone else want a great nights entertainment
Evening girls and guys.
With only 3 weeks left before fight night... I'm stepping up my training to 4 nights a week.
I've had a minor setback over the last couple of weeks with spraining a ligament in my knee and bursting a blood vessel in my arm last Monday.
Its all starting to come together...
Win or loose its a great experience and it's for a good cause.
Please show your support as every donation helps.

A couple of sessions ago I had a bit of a fall when training... My knee twisted and I have been in pain since.
I have now been to my GP and he's concerned that I have stretched/ torn the connective tissue between my right calf and knee cap.
He also believe I may have fractured the cartilage in the knee.
I've got an MRI booked in 2 weeks... Hopefully it's not too bad news.
So it looks like I'm out this time.
I'm properly gutted about not being able to continue... Feel like I'm letting a lot of people down.
But I will be back next time.
You aren't letting anyone down, not one of us wants you to have any permanent or long term injury for this! I'm not sure everyone really understands how much you have put into this for such a long time, your amazing weight loss, your own training plan before the real stuff started and how often and how hard you have been training with the really intense pro stuff! You have an active physical job that must have been agony most days since you started! Everyone I know is incredibly proud of you for what you have achieved ! I for one don't mind you not getting into a ring with someone who wants to knock two tons of **** out of you .. Be proud of yourself, you've been amazing! Get yourself mended properly and we'll find you another less dangerous challenge next year x
As said earlier... You always put a smile on my face and your support cannot be beaten.
I'm more annoyed at myself than anything now.
But I will come back stronger and better for next year!
