They will be getting diggers in to construct the site closer to the time... It's going to be a great addition.
It will be run from Friday until the end of the day Sunday

this area will only be accessible for 4x4 vehicles that have the relevant pass spectators are welcome though
You can take your own car and access to the 4x4 track is included in the Thursday ticket price from the show but if you wish to buy a friday onwards ticket you will need to purchase a pass at the show for the 4x4

As you can see we have a great sized plot this year... we will be utilizing the fensing to our advantage... for hanging banners... OJC flag poles and for some new lighting for this year at JAE.

The building to the left of our plot is one of the toilet blocks... unfortunately we did not get a chance to see if they were showers as well... We will be given a full breakdown of the sites facilities closer to JAE.
There is WIFI available on site (It can be purchased at £5 a day i believe)

With L2D (Learn 2 Drift) setting up a drift school on site for the 4 days... 1 hour drift sessions will become available to purchase at a discounted rate (£39 / Hour) this will include a basic sit down with the instructors... a briefing... walk round your school car... time behind the wheel under tuition by instructors smoking some tires... then you and your instructor will swap seats as he/she will take you out on some passenger fast laps on the circuit... Not one to be missed even if its just to learn some basic out of control car control
As said a 4X4 agility course is being dug out and created on site to test man and machine... Ran by the Yellow Diamond 4X4 club... drive your car on the course or sit back and watch as a spectator... This is another new and exciting challenge added in to this years J

IKO is changing for this year as unfortunately no lake... so no dragon boats... But new challenges are being drawn up by Nigel and the team to keep things interesting.
Mark the Mouth is back for another year... THE LOUDEST man at JAE keeping the commentary running for IKO.
Nando's are back bringing some hot wings heat to some of the challenges for IKO... and also have their own spot in the traders section so keep an eye out.
The RC (Remote control) gys are back for another year with indoor and an outdoor track... Get your RC cars out dust them off and get them on track.
The traders section is bigger than ever this year... more traders being added weekly.

Food on site... Unfortunately no Noodle Bar this year
but talks are in place for a couple producing authentic Japanese food fresh onsite (so noodles and rice dishes should still be on the menu) With potentially an area set up a to offer lessons on how to make the genuine Japanese food.-----------------
As more information becomes available... we will continue to give you the full insiders access in to JAE...
so keep posted and get yourselves ready for THE BEST JAE ever!
