In between doing the seats I was adding a new front bumper to re[lace the standard bumper.
Surprisingly this fitted a hell of a lot easier then the rear bumper.
so off came the old.

Not a bad fit if i do say so myself.

So what came next, yes you guessed i needed to lower the whole car now for the right look and ride height so i took the clubs great offer to get some new Miester coilovers on free interest option.
I ordered them and within 3 days they arrived all shiney and new. Looked too good to get them dirty lol.

So after fitting the coil overs needed to get my next job sorted.
Here comes the new inter cooler.

First took off the old small cooler from inside the drivers wing.

The only issue i had was relocating the power steering fluid cooling pipes as they were directly in the path og the new cooler pipes.

So i removed them to work out what to do later after all the cooler pipes were fitted and all in the correct position.

I cut the pipes back far enough back for clearance.

Next I started to locate the cooler into position. To give me extra space and room, at this point I decided to remove my a/c system. Firstly it needed recharging and secondly when it was working i never used it so out it all came pipes,rad and compressor.
I proceeded to make the top support bracket from one piece of steel, bending to create the height i needed and the bolt to the main sub frame.
