Can anyone confirm if the is200 1gfe engine valve stem seals can be done without the head being removed is there a special tool etc? Or does any one know a specific remedy that actually works without turning the oil to gunk and messing the rest of the engine up

They can be done. But you need to be able to pressurise the cylinders to undo the valve springs

They can be done. But you need to be able to pressurise the cylinders to undo the valve springs

Would be great if I had a compressor in my tool kit, got a welder (mig) full tool kit to strip engines and rebuild em or whatever but no compressor it's on my list along with a generator and a DA

Might nick a cylinder head off my mate get it reconned ported and polished etc maybe even the full engine get it bored out I don't know depends on cash flow need to speak to my local engineering firm also
