So Friday afternoon I ordered another 4runner cap, another rotor and a replacement distributer that should all be here this week and I can cracking on with the build...
I also found when looking through the rest of my Intercooler pipes 2 had minor cracks in them... As I'm not wanting to loose any boost... I ha e just bought replacement pipes.
Will keep you all posted on progress and with plenty of pics...

02-11-2023, 07:21 AM #133Well there was a bit of a mishap Friday... The new distributer I had built up with the 4runner cap got knocked off the side in the kit and smashed on the floor

I purchased a T70 with a .68 rear housing... After contacting XS power I needed to get a 67mm turbo.
Ive now got 2 options... Buy another turbo or cut and re weld the current manifold to take the bigger turbo

I have been looking at holset turbos a day the one I'm thinking about getting is just over £500 and still won't clear the ignition system when fitted.
So I will be doing a bit of custom work on the manifold and get it all to lignin up with the .70 .68 turbo

Christmas and new year are out of the way... Should be a to start cracking on with it now.
Incase this isn't do e in time the IS300 is getting some cosmetic mods so it is at least show worthy
