Only thing is the o2 sensor holes are diffrent. If you want to fit an is300 exhaust on an is200 you need to weld a o2 sensor bung.
It is also possible that an is300 exhaust will stick out further behind the rear bumper. Because usa is300 have longer rear bumper.
The manifold is diffrent but the rest of the exhaust will fit.

Thanks mate the 02 bung i can sort its a decat pipe iv been looking at and i heard they would fit but i wanted to be sure

But if it is without a cat you get check a check engine light.
Put this thing between you exhaust and your oxigen sensor and the light stays off.

If you only take the y-pipe it will fit no problem. The oxygen sensor is in the mid pipe.
