Chassis measured and corrected regarding the bad Toe positions but a problem remains.

The steering rack has either to much lock or to much Ackermann angle, fundamentally the full lock position resembles a Drift car hence the reason why the front wheels getting pushed.

The criminal here is the steering rack, either the steering arms are to long or the track-rod-ends have the wrong bend/ direction-bend accentuating the Ackermann.

Since this is a mechanical defect i cannot adjust around it, so it's back to the dealer i'm afraid.

This is such a shame I was in Terry car at JAE and can tell you all that this car seemed to be driving spot on although i was lazing on the back seat with Terry as my driver.

So with WIM Tony saying what the problems were, have you had anything changed since this time?

Terry, you said the recall was for steering, I wonder if they've replaced any of the components that Tony mentions, e.g. steering rack or arms or track rod ends ?

Were there any problems when the old rack was in Terry ? If not, then I'd suggest you demand they swap the old rack back in ASAP for you and at no charge, then they take their time to figure out what's wrong with the new rack they're using for this recall, and prove that's ok on another car.
