ok then when i turn my ignition off the speedometer neddle goes up and it some times sticks when im driving when i turn the ignition on when i get in the car it goes back to where it should be any ideas

Have you had the clocks apart, e.g. to install LEDs ? Wonder if something isn't quite together properly.

i have put leds in but it started be for that its just peeing me off now

Sounds like the needle must be catching somehow as it rotates. Can you see anything there that might be catching on it if you look closely ?

one of them could be causing it to stick
