RAF Cosford 10.01.10.Breakfast Club Meet
RAF Cosford 10.01.10.Breakfast Club Meet
Quote:If you would like to book your car into the event, then please use the form below. Due to the popularity of this event, we must limit the numbers of individual cars in the main area. Preference will be given for rare and interesting cars.
One of the best aspects of the Midlands Breakfast Club is the line-up of cars from other participating clubs.
Due to the popularity of the event, it will be held on a strict first come first serve basis for Club line-ups. We will take bookings for a maximum of 10 vehicles per club and a maximum of 12 clubs for the main display area. This is to allow a variety of cars to be parked up on display.
Note to clubs:
We do ask that all clubs endeavour to be in place for 09:15 at the latest as this minimises movement in the main display area. You will be allowed to park up from 08:30.Please have one club representative to hand who can assist in parking your club up. You will be shown your designated allotted space upon arrival.
If you plan on arriving together, there are a couple of meeting points within a few miles of Cosford where you could arrange to meet up with your club members.
If you would like for members of your club to be parked together in a line-up, please use the form below.
We will need to know approximate numbers (cars/people) and a designated contact person for each club and the date of which meet you will be coming to.
they wont let you show individual though so it says, they prefer clubs on a 1st come 1st served basis.

There was lots of single make cars at the last on i went too, plus the carparks are quite a decent size, the main area that they use is grass but most park on the concrete and just line them up as mixed makes
Quote:Hi there,
Due to the adverse weather conditions and the fact that the RAF Museums car parks are now covered in several inches of snow,
with no way of clearing the area's to make them usable and safe for this weekend,
we regret to inform you that we have had to cancel the Sundays Breakfast Club Meet.
Please could you also let any club members know or any other people who you know who may be attending the event.
many thanks
Alistair Cox
