OK thats just not fair.
Driving nicely along the dual carriageway near work (70mph rubs halo:wink, a Mazda 6 and Nissan Skyline (like Bandits) screams past me, so I think OK I'll have them...........
Next roundabout I floor it, the Mazda DISAPPEARED ahead of me................................................. not just a bit quicker but Oh my lord it was FAST, I kept up with the Skyline but this Mazda was gone. What the heck do Mazda put under their bonnets:w00t:

Mazda 6 MPS (2.3 i4 turbo 260 Bhp) can get to about 280-90 Bhp with just an cold induction kit. Think a remap and an FMIC on top of that can get it up to about 350 Bhp. Done a little research as I was thinking of trading up.......but its really heavy compared to the IS + need to do some saving first lol.

Never really looked into them before.............. More comfy and better equipped than a Scooby....... Now there's a thought, still can't believe how fast it was.
Right nice warm weather on Sunday so I did a little job I have wanted to do for a while.
The Bonnet was "jacked up" to allow more air flow through the engine bay to assist with cooling the air in the 'bay. it was very high at almost 1cm high at the windscreen end and looked "wrong"? The rubber seal at the top of the 'bay was also removed as the bonnet wasn't resting on it so it would have fallen off.
So after playing about with various heights the lowest the bonnet will go before it hits the oil filler cap is 4mm, and the rubber seal fits perfectly with enough bonnet pressure to hold it tight. The result is a quieter drive with less induction noise and a more OEM look. Quite pleased, although i found another stone chip so that spoiled the day a tad.
The radio has been out to play with the gauges and fit a new fascia as the 1st one got broke a while ago. The Oil pressure and Temp gauges have been removed and the Boost Controller is going to find a new home, I am thinking it will fit inside the ash tray, so its hidden and when driving you can flip the cover open if you want to see the gauge. I have decided OEM look on the inside is better than looking like a Halfords ram raid....
