Asi i also think the battery is needing replaced if i replace the battery would i have to reprogramme it again?
No, you should only need to reprogramme it if somehow the ECU "forgets" the key. It shouldn't do that if it's just the key fob battery that has run out.

Marsdendean I only have one black one and one grey one from Lexus!!
That's odd, is that from a dealer? You should have 2 black and 1 grey.
