11-12-2017, 02:38 PM #41You could go down the tubby route, and see how long the auto box lasts. they sell for £300 all the time so even if you break a couple in a few years it isn't exactly a lot of money to get a replacement. Thats why a lot of big power Is200 are running standard boxes when they break just put another in - cheaper than a getrag 6 speed.

OK...bump and update...no-one will quote me let alone insure me with a supercharger due to age (I'm 19 in 11 days ). 21-12-2017, 10:44 AM #45Buy some uprated anti-roll bars, get the geo setup by WIM (after arbs are in), that will *hugely* improve the car's handling. Then save the rest.

21-12-2017, 11:40 AM #48Much less body roll when it goes round corners, almost flat. So it gives you a lot more confidence going round corners, roundabouts etc, and is a lot more fun ! :biggrin:
