Ask for details of mods been done - the amount of detail you get back will let you know if it's owned by someone who has cherished the car like we all do on here

Saraj very good idea, and you just reminded me about the insurance, dont think i can afford the insurance with mods, so maybe thats that car out of the window, but ill ask anywhere, see what reply i get.
Not necessarily, cosmetic mods don't always add a lot - all of mine barely made any difference to my premium, and even when I asked about lowering and a new exhaust, they said it would be about £30 extra (at the time)
Check with a few insurers and see how you get on :biggrin:
