Sounded from the beginning as a head gasket but i was hoping i was wrong.

How old is your engine, how many miles ? If it really is the head gasket, you might find you can buy and fit a used engine for less than that.

Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

As Stevie says- see if you can get a used engine out of a crashed IS200. There are IS200's always being broken on ebay.

yep i got mines for 250 pounds and 50 pounds delivery so try getting a new engine

New engine will be a lot to fit though, TGT charged something like £600 to remove and fit an IS200 engine when I sold my old one.

hmm yeah but if you can get a engine for 300 pounds and have it fitted under a grand. how much would getting the head gasket fixed?
