Today. a mock propshaft was made using the one that came with the car and the front bit of the 7mgte prop was cut and welded on to the original prop so and got it all lined up and fitted to the car now its sent away to get one made.

i was going to leave a small lip on mine just were the plate is the now so i can keep the plate in the middle of the bumper....
were you mounting your plate?

asi mate i've not had the bottle to cut my bumper yet!!!poopin my pants!!i will do it though!!need to find a blade thats good enough to trim the crash bar!!!!

Its actually eary to do.
i moved my plate to the side the other day and cut the full front out of the bumper, cut it with a sharp scalpel and then sanded it down

Moley If you want some 1mm thick 5" cutting discs for cutting the crash bar Ormi, I could send you some.will that cut the alloy bar matey??try'd a few disks and well it didn't go well over ten mins to cut a 1 inch slot(crash bars alloy)!!!!!was not happy!!so gave up..:crying::crying:
