My IS200 Sport was my first Jap car and because I couldn't bear to part with it, I still have it.
When I heard it was to be replaced by the new series in 2005 I placed an order for the new IS250 SE-L eight months before before its release in the UK without seeing it. It's three years and a bit old now, still a joy to drive and hasn't let me down once.
Had to mod it a little just to personalise it (apologies to those who have seen it before):

Lexusboy I thought the 250 at last year JAE was a overseas owner car.

ahh i'm not going mad then I thought that too just had a similar look to it, both stunning cars though
and i'm extremely jealous
Well I had a Nissan Sunny GTI in Silver ( not the GTR ) loved that car,but when the time came to give it its second MOT when I had it, it needed about £1200 to get it through its test so I decided to get rid of it.
I also had a Mazda 323 that must have been the worst car I have ever owned. Hated the driving position, and well just hated everything about it, but like the look of it when I bought it, must admit I liked it for about a week
Hey I never owned one but does anyone remember a Datsun with three "S" on the grill ? I seem to remember it was supposed to be a bit of a beast in it's day (72/74 era).
Keith
Just had a quick Google and found this pic.........this is what I remember, the 4 lights and the "S" badge in the centre of the grill:
