Carpediem So am i right in saying from that decree above that if i fly a st georges flag i can fly it anywhere in england and dont require permission for the pole?

I came from the Philippines, no argument there as we never joined the world cup. I am British now but not English, no offense, but I feel silly wearing an English shirt when I'm not. However, because I support England full time, I'll be happy to wear the shirt in support of the team and I find no offense in that. GO ENGLAND!

this is the issue, the people we are "supposed to be offending" dont actually care!
