Are you both running uprated MAP sensors?

Lexiis do all your vacuum pipes 't' off from a single source. I still maintain that things like FPR and MAP sensors should have their own dedicated vacuum lines from the inlet. They are quite sensitive, and it can be a problem if they are sharing lines

hurricane i have one vac pipe coming off the throttle body into a vac pipe manifold that i had made (one pipe in 4 out)

the things that are running off it are fpr, boost controller, map for aem fic and down by the throttle body is a valve that runs to a vent on the fuel tank

hope that helps!:confused1:

The standard one is still wired in so that the standard ecu doesnt kick up a fuss. Its not actually doing any controlling i wouldnt have thought. The vacuum manifold should work better than 't' pieces all over the place. The only thing i can think of is its down to mapping.

These sorts of problems do come up in the mapping process sometimes. This is because when you drive a car on the street its nothing like the way the car is driven on the dyno to map it.

I know this doesnt help you out much, but i havnt got any other ideas at the minute.
