If you look on the back of the headlight there's a small white plastic screw - turn it in either direction to adjust the beam up/down.

Lexuspat Yeah darkness normally helps when playing with headlights :lol:
Weirdly I've always found it harder to do in the dark as it's harder to see where the beam is - I prefer to do it against the back of the garage in daylight, it tends to be dark enough in the garage to see it clearly (in my garage anyway!)
