Is200 turbo with aem f/ic problem

Hey people. Hope you are all ok. My car is at Thor racing having a aem f/ic controller put in and mapped. They are having problems with it and it will rev to 2k then sounds like its hitting the rev limit or cutting. Can any 1 shed some light on why it's doing this. It's only running 0.2 bar on turbo at min.

hmm thats an odd one.

have they fitted it all correctly? have they done one before?

Sounds like theyve got a launch control or something programmed in the aem?
is it all the time or just at idle? does it do it if they try to drive with it?

Yeah they have double checked wiring and even plugged in the bypas cable that comes with the aem and car runs fine. They haven't even run the car yet. It was just in manual. They have done alot of work on is200s and 300s. Reason I went with aem over emanage was it has a built in boost sensor over the emanage. Just thinking something is missing
