Thanks but I managed to track down a guy on here that makes them and as a coindidence it arrived this morning and I've just this second fitted it.

Looks like you got one of the new design. He used to make one with a small cut out for the bonnet catch, and one with a big cutout with a little scoop for the air intake. But I think he's made a hybrid one that covers both now to make things simpler.

Well it cleans up the front panel as it was looking a little scabby, that and painting the rad brackets and a few new bolts to replace the rusty ones (why do Toyota use such cheap fasteners I'll never know) and its looking 100% better, think I've just sourced some 11 spoke alloys to be refurbished so ill have a mint set of wheels to fit at some point, think that's all I'm doing to this car at the moment.
