I've recently bought a M reg Honda Prelude. Today I was changing the headlight bulbs and knocked a plastic cap behind the passengers side headlight. This revealed a lock which appears to be switched off.

Can anyone tell me what this might be???

Can you get a pic of it is it slick or a switch just to clarify
