Hi I installed my sc and boost gauge. The boost gauge is reading at 20 in.hg Any help would be great I may have missed something.

20 inHg being 9psi? That's about right if you're running a larger pulley.

On my gauge it has 0 to 30 psi and below the 0 psi it goes from 0 to 30 vac in hg. I think it's staderd pulley but I am not sure.

I read up on boost gauge and cars are ment to idle at 20 in hg untill boost is ready but with the charge I thought it was constant maybe because I didn't drive it it didn't read my psi. Once I sort the rest out I will test again.

You will only see boost when you fully press the gas pedal. When driving. When you full press the gas the bypass closes and then you start to build boost.
The standard pulley will give you 0,34 bar boost
