DIY: Auto folding mirrors
I wanted mirrors that fold automaticly and unfold when car is locked and unlocked for a long time. I tought about making electronics myself, but found a module on ebay that should do what I needed and it was 12$, so I tought I should give it a try and ordered it.
This is what came in the box + installation manual:

Unit features:
-It folds mirrors when car is locked (manual says mirrors will fold after 5min if IGN is off without locking, but haven't tested this)
-Can be wired in to unfold when unlocked, or unfold only when ignition (ACC) is switched on.
-Mirrors will not fold with door locks IF ignition is ON, but will operate (fold/unfold) normal with mirror folding button on door switch.
Installation:
here is wiring diagram that came with the unit:

as you can see, unit has 9 wires with descriptions. you will need to cut original wires that go from the switch to mirrors and pass them trought the unit for it to operate, as you can see in diagram.
here is IS200 folding mirror wiring diagram (sorry about russian language):

You need to cut Ygr and Ygr-R wires and connect them like this:

Ygr goes trough Grey and Orange
Ygr-R goes trough White and Brown
Yellow wire (IGN) is connected to Gr (gray - pin9).
For Constant power, ground and lock signal master window switch connector is used:

RED wire from unit goes to POWER
BLACK wire goes to GROUND
BLUE wire from unit goes to DOOR LOCK SIGNAL
With this wiring mirrors will fold when car is locked, but will unfold only when ignition is switched to ACC position, because Green wire (unlock signal) is left disconnected because unlock signal cannot be found on window switch connector.
If you want to have mirrors that unfold when unlocked, door panel has to be taken off.
I think everyone that has some common understanting can do this job.
there are other simmilar modules on ebay for more money, but they look identical to one i bought, so why pay more...

IF anyone from here is ordering similar kit, compare my wiring diagram to yours, there could be changes to pinout or wire colors, so keep that in mind and be careful.
