IS200 turbo project
IS200 turbo project
My plans seem great and very easy in my head but this is seldom the way.
Well my plans..... ok well I own a 1G GTE which is still in my rusty supra (my original project) I plan on putting this into a Lexus IS200 and having this as my track toy instead of the supra.
So I will be stripping the IS out, roll cage, 2 race seats etc the rest will come in my project write up. However, as i am relatively new to jap motors any and all advise is welcome.

Unless you fancy selling the gte engine

24-05-2022, 08:52 AM #10If you want cheap power on the GTE, a lot of the guys in Aus/NZ make a Y pipe and fit a flange on it for an evo turbo. The TD05-16g from the evo's is a pretty good fit for the 1g-gte and those turbos are cheeeeeeeeap on ebay.
