I think they should be fine, for some reason Lexus took mine out this time round (as in my earlier thread) but every year before that they never had a problem with them.

yip pass everytime!!!!!unless they are not white ting of blue is ok though.

Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

27-09-2017, 09:54 AM #5There's nothing illegal about white LEDs for sidelights, just snobby garages who think they shouldn't be in a Lexus. Ask them why exactly they contavened the MoT regs and get them to show you where it says that (they won't be able to).

Personally I think they pulled mine out as I had standard headlight bulbs in, they're so yellow that in contrast the LEDs look almost blue.

Interested in the answer to that myself, now that I'm dropping down to 4300K HIDs, I'll need whiter sidelights

Maybe THESE? Says they're the purest white they've ever seen from an LED bulb but not sure if I can trust them :blushing:
