well after spending the night in a&e hooked up to a hart monitor am home.car smashed in the front thanks to a community officer driving out infront of me while i was doing 60mph.with leanne and the wee man in the car.don't know if the lex is dead i just want to cry now:crying:

Hope you are all ok

You can always replace the car.

Has the community officer admitted the accident was his fault

yeah all three of them said it was her fault and the two other officers that came up.don't know what will happen to the lex.it's smashed the front in moved the centre dash and dash glove box ****ed.could not open the bonnet to look under.total sickner and worse if gets writen off as still have 2 years finance on it.

Did you get protection on the insurance to cover any losses?
Did the air bags go off?
Really bad luck though.

really sorry to hear this, i know how it feels when i smashed mine, good to hear everyone is ok and the other driver has admitted fault, will mean if you get paid out will be quick. with christmas coming up express it to them you want the payout before hand not after otherwise they will take ages due to holidays this happened to me this time last year

Sounds like a horrible sequence of events there, hope your health is ok first off.

Sorry to say it but from that sort of impact it does sound like the car might be a write off but hope it isn't.........at least hopefully the insurance claim should be pretty smooth for you.

no did not take photo's this time. it's a 52 plate.will just have to wait and see.what happens total pain that could be doing without. thanks for all your kind word's thefamily are fine josh is ok apart from daddy's car is broken.leanne has whiplash. could have been worse if i was in her ka.
