Should fit since the thread is the same with the is200, you must only check the length of the filter since you have limited space in the engine bay

LEXUS IS200 - The most fun car to go sideways

I'd guess it'd be the same size filter was just wondering if the thread was different on the 300.

Toyo diy lists the oil filter for is200/300 so I guess they are both the same, right? is there any way to check?

Yeah it's the same filter for IS200 and IS300, and lots of other Toyota models too. I'm just using an OEM filter for my turbo conversion, no point using something else IMHO !

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Cheers Steve I just like the K&N one even though it doesn't do anything different from OEM, but saying that by the time i've been down to Lexus Liverpool and back it'd cost about the same for the OEM as it would the K&N:biggrin:

ok cool, just wanted to check you realised it wasn't going to do anything special. I can understand the attraction of just getting something because you like the look of it though !
