The only difference is if you have factory HIDs (e.g. IS200 LE or IS300), they've got a slightly different front wing. Otherwise it's the same.
You do mean the fender/wing, right ? Not rear spoiler I presume ?

So that's not an IS200 then, either IS220 or IS250 ?
