I hope they get the book thrown at them and the drunk driver also gets the same

24-07-2018, 06:40 AM #8He will get a huge payout though for the loss of his car. The only saving grace for the owner he won't have the hassle of selling the car as he won't have a license to drive it!! Every cloud and all that.

but if the owners convicted of drink driving, then maybe there is a get - out for the insurance company, if it's proved he was driving it whilst under the influence, even tho he didn't smash it???
