Today I was called out to fix a new L/R Discovery 4 at the head quarters of Comma Oils. After chatting to their Service manager he told me a reliable tip..
Do not waste your money on the best oil on the market "Mobil 1". As Comma is own by Mobil oils and chemicals, his tip was to buy "Comma Syner-G 5w-40".
This is the same blend, formulation and comes from the same barrel as the Iconic Mobil 1 brand.
Hope that helps if your are a user of Mobil1 as I will now start to use Syner-G 5w-40 knowing I have Mobil 1 in my engine.

Another tip, if you go to this link and put your reg number in it will tell you what oil, viscosity and quantity for your car, also says what g/box/diff/b/fliud.
worth a check

"Life's goal is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body. But, rather to skid in sideways........
totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"
