Is up to 1 month before expiry that you can do the MOT and still preserve the anniversary?

2tongues I believe if they are fitted they have to work. yes go in a month early so you effectively get 13 months MOT - also if it fails you still have a month to get it sorted.
D*mn, MOT's due in a few weeks so was hoping to just tell them to do it on Monday when it goes in to check the TC thing, but I still haven't replaced that non-working fog light.
Maybe I'll ask them if they can slip it through, otherwise I'll have to get that sorted first (don't fancy paying the Lexus price for a replacement!)
