EON giving the lass the run around
EON giving the lass the run around
What can i say?
when she bought her flat they "estimated" what eleccy she would use, and qouted like £37 a month
which is fine,
she then received a letter a few weeks ago saying along the lines of "we've noticed you didnt use as much as we thought, so your in credit, your monthly bill will go down to £24 after your next payment"
we thought this was great!!!
but then she received a letter yesterday saying she was in "debit" and owed £129, meaning her monthly bill is going up to counteract the over-usage and outstanding monies
which i think is bang out of order,
so tonight ill be on uswitch looking for a better provider,
so my question is, if i cancel with EON are we under obligation to pay the outstanding £129??? or can i tell em to stick it?
Sorry but if you have used the electric then you would need to pay for it.
If not then we would all cancel our provider just before we got a bill in
hmm thought that was the case,
makes it hard though as we run a seriously tight budget anyway,
if the DONT SWEAR hadnt of gotten my hopes up with the first letter i may of taken it slightly better
Your a bad bad boy !!!!!!!
i didnt break the filter!!!!
i must admit though im a bit complacent about what i write assuming it will be filter,
sometiems just typing it makes me feel better, even though no-one will see it
The thing about monthly estimates is is it exactly that, an estimate ..it's your responsibility to check their estimated meter readings ... before you seek another supplier you should check you did not submit to a contractual period with Eon as it's usually in the small print somewhere
