cant find a general waffel thread...

hi so i cant find a general talk/chat thread (might be me being blind) but i tried sending a pm to someone and it says i need to change my settings... looked and i can get into my inbox and i can select the inbox and sent box.. never used them before but whats up with it... or is it a gold member thing?

if i click on the person i want to pm and then clcik send pm i get this message

'You have turned off private messages. You may not send private messages until you turn them on by editing your options.'

hunted for a while and cant seem how to turn them on?? cheers Smile
