Is it possible to mod the Xbox so it can read all games and dvd regions?

If so how!!

yes but using it on xbox live is risky as they block your account if caught

Yep, the games on the 360 (and original xbox) are region coded the same way as DVDs.

There are plenty of threads on jail-breaking Iphones etc,what's the difference?
