Ok, i was having a mess in the car the weekend, looking at cable routes for a handsfree mic. After looking around i decided i wanted to mount it by the drivers sun visor, so i pulled on the drvers side pillar a little to see if i could had cable behind it, and it popped off! Firstly i thought great, perfect cable route, but i cant get it back on, it doesnt clip in and now doesnt sit flush with the rest of the roof. ive pushed and banged n wiggled but it just wont clip in. Have i wrecked it?

Have you tucked it in at the bottom properly?

also have the clips come off with the pillar? they may need putting back in before the pillar

I think the clips Stav are refering too are likely to be still in the piller and not on the cover.
You have to remove them from the Piller and re fit them back onto the cover.

To remove your need to pinch them with Piller and pull them out.

is it possible they have fell into the frame of the car, as there are no clips on the trim, and when you look at the metal pillar there are just 2 empty metal holes (where i assume there should be clips)

You may be able to locate the clip, the magnet ariels come in handy for tight places
