30-05-2019, 08:08 PM #5just put in a bid for it, have to wait a few weeks for them to say yes to it, i know it's cheap but it an hour away from town. out in the sticks but has a great garden, 3 floors plus basement but no garage, large tool shed at the bottom of the garden.2 balconys but needs bringing up to date

31-05-2019, 04:44 AM #9it's the red building at the bottom of the garden photo, going to have a good look at the place this week and meeting with the bank then put in our final offer. dont think you can get a car down there but there is room for one on the side of the house. plenty of room for the kids.
