TRD emblem fitted.

Next was to debadge the rears. I would have kept the centre 'L' but the inner edge of it was chipped and the whole thing looked untidy.

The glue and some dirt which had built up on the paint inside the '00's in IS200.

Nice and clean.

And my list of jobs to be done are as follows:

Repaint front fog lights - done and fitted
Repaint head lights - being done next week
Repaint rear lights - being done the week after next
HID lights - purchased and will be fitted once headlights are done

That's all for the moment.

I bought this car a few months ago. One owner from new with full service history. It came with the styling kit installed as a factory option. At first I hated the spoiler and even considered getting rid of it. After a lot of chin rubbing and squinting at it from various angles, I decided to keep it.

So far, I've removed the Sport emblem from the front grille and replaced it with a TRD emblem.

Thanks guys.

I jetwashed the front of my car earlier this afternoon to test my foglights. Thankfully, no water has gone in so no misting - something I was dreading. Can't wait to get the headlights done. Biggest headache will be the rear lights I imagine. Anyone got any tips when it comes to putting it all back together?

I did my rear lights, it was a slow and painful task. Make sure you have a steady hand and a dremmel style tool. take your time or the plastic melts rather than cuts.

When i resealed mine i just used clear silicone. It has worked a treat, been on a year and no leakage. Confused

Thanks for that! I have a Dremmel, so better get myself some new cutting discs and take it easy as you said. Looking forward to getting it done.
