Bilt-Hamber - excellent customer service
Before I put my newly-refurbed wheels on my car, I was going to put some polish on them to help protect them.
However, when I went to use my Auto-balm, which I hadn't used for a while, it seemed to have gone a bit mouldy, which seemed weird. I had a quick look around and found (on DetailingWorld) others who had the same problem, with Bilt-Hamber (the manufacturers) saying they'd changed the biocide in the product to prevent this.
Anyway, I emailed Bilt-Hamber and told them what I'd found. They apologised and asked me for my address so they could send me a new pot. It arrived the next day.
That's what I call good customer service ! :thumbup1:
So we could all do this and get some free stuff :ohmy:hock:
