Hi lads looking for some help.
So iv bought a t04e turbo for my is200 build that I will be started in the coming months I have everything apart from ecu still undecided on it.
So back topic the actuator that came with the new turbo isn't opening fully until 12psi I need a actuator that's fully open at 5/6 psi and I can adjust for more boost from that later as the build progresses.
I'm wondering is there any cars that a a low boost actuator mine has the threaded shaft about 3 inches length and the two bolts on back of actuator for mounting plate if that makes sense.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I have been looking at injectors for both my IS200 1jz gte vvti and also another is200 with standard 1g fe engine which i will turbo charge.

I have bought 2 sets of injectors for the 1jz gte vvti, and the last set is from the 1g fe.

First lot were some very cheap denso 850cc for the 1jz which I think are fake because of the price but unsure because i cant find any information on fake denso's. They wont fit the standard fuel rail and need an aftermarket rail to actually fit because the plug is too big. But they are exactly the same size for fitting as the 1g fe injectors. But they wont fit either 1jz or 1g fe head as the o ring is too big around the bottom of the injector. (red at the bottom)

Second set was some proper sard/denso 550cc injectors which I will be putting into my 1JZ at some point soon. They look like they should fit the standard fuel rail. (middle brown)

The top set are the standard 1G FE is200 injectors which i was using to compare them. The plugs are all the same and they are all high impedance. (voilet top)

The plan is to take the original 1jz 370cc injectors and drop them in the 1g fe which will be turbo'd. They should fit as they are almost identical. if not i will fit the 850's which is a little over kill.

Has anyone else messed around with any of these?

Since owning my LS460 I've had nothing but issues with warped rotors. I've had them skimmed, replaced, different makes fitted, different pads...etc and it has always returned.

I got so bored of it that I started looking for a new car. I looked at Audi',s Merc's and even a Bentley Flying Spur. But nothing had any advantage over the LS460 that would make me chop it in and throw £20k+ at the dealer.

So instead I got some new brakes...

I could have got them in any colour with etched logos, but I decided to go low-key instead.

I've also got a new set of front wheel hubs, just in case those are warped or knackered.

Fingers crossed it'll be the end of my braking issues.

Hi guys, I am a rotary vehicle engineer and I'm in the process of starting my own company working on rotary engined, high performance and classic vehicles and am looking for work.

I've worked for various rotary specialists, building engines, track cars and projects but I've had enough of seeing people being conned and screwed over so I'm going on my own to give an open, honest and affordable service to people just like myself who need someone they can trust and someone good at their job.

My experience with rx7's, is everything from building cars from an empty shell upward (I'm currently doing another), with either twin or single turbo cars, standard or ported (including half/full bridge ported) engines. I have built complete whole new car looms and engine looms, performed wire tucks and engine bay dress ups and weight reduced by many different ways.

My experience with the rx8's, is everything from rebuilding around 50+ engines without a single one returned, I have worked on a couple of track cars, drift & banger racing cars, and a supercharged car. I've ported a couple of renesis engines and I have built a bridge ported motor that's waiting to be put in a car. I've replaced broken engines with brand new Mazda engines, carry out diagnostics of rough running, compression tests etc, all major mechanical component replacement, interior replacement and pretty much anything else mechanical and electrical on the cars I have replaced or fixed.

My experience is not just limited to rotaries and I have many years of general mechanical and engineering experience, I also have experience in high performance (particularly turbocharged Japanese vehicles), prestige and classic cars.

I'm open to giving advice to people and coming out to people who need help to get their cars started, fixed or just rebuilt .
I have met a lot of good people through the years that didn't deserve the treatment they received and the poor customer service. I believe in repeat business and by treating existing customers with gratitude and respect. I want to help by giving people a good service and save them money because I know that I can make a living doing what I love while not ripping people off.

So if you need a mechanic sometime soon, please consider me as I really do enjoy building and fixing these beautiful cars and I know that we can build you, just the right car, together.

Thanks Frank 07572805615

Ps I'm based in North Weald, Essex, right by the airfield so I'm easy to find. It's just off of the M11 and not far from junction 27 of the M25.
