Hi,
I never found any decent info on rebuilding supercharger units.
So I thought I'd bother to document the tear down of my unit.

Firstly, after tearing this down a "complete rebuild" is not really possible.
This is due to the ball bearing races in the gearbox not being replaceable.
The bearings are "welded" in. Plus the seals in question are unobtainable...

The trouble is, my rotors were covered in oil from the gearbox. The bearings sitting on top of the oil seals - Good start

I am not responsible if you damage or "scrap" your unit.
Call this a guide on how not to rebuild a supercharger.

Start by putting 12V into the clutch/electromagnet to engage the pulley.
Giving enough to hold onto to undo the 7mm bolt in the middle of the clutch plate.

Pull the clutch plate off, dont drop the washers. They sit in the end of the spline on the clutch plate and act as spacers for the clutch & pulley to allow free rotation of the pulley when not engaged.

Next undo small 8mm bolt that retains the wiring for the electromagnet.
Then there are four TX20 headed screws inside the electromagnet - Undo these. and the electromagnet can be removed.

This is what you are left with.

DON'T FORGET TO DRAIN THE OIL.
Theres is a 10mm (iirc) bolt below right of the snout. This is your drain/fill plug.

Undo/remove all the 10mm black bolts around the edge.
With these out
You can remove the front plate/snout.
It may take persuasion - I used a trolley jack handle (flat end) and twisted it within a couple of small rectangular recesses around the casing.

You can now remove the rotor assembly & gears, by again prying the casings apart.
There will be a little resistance as the end of the rotor shafts are sat in a pair of needle rollers at the back of the main body.
Pull gently & slowly. you do not want the needle bearing to fall out of their cage, or clang the rotors into the main body - tolerances are tight.

At this stage any shop that rebuilds superchargers will replace the needle rollers in the main body with use of a hydraulic press. put the casings back together with a little sealent and add a new oil seal in the nose/snout.

This is where I should have stopped...

OK, not the most exciting topic.

Step 1: Clean the intake at the base of the windscreen.

Remove the wipers, remove the plastic cover under the wipers at the base of the windscreen and clean the trough underneath. Make sure that the drains at each end of the trough are not clogged and actually drain. If you hose water into this trough, you should see water coming out under the car, just behind the front wings and just in front of the doors (on both the driver’s and passenger sides).

Step 2: Clean the fan area.

Open the glove box, and take everything out of it. Push inward on the sides of the glove box while at the same time rotating the glove box forward and it will open past its normal stops. There are two plastic pins at the base of the glove box. Squeeze the end of the pins and slid them out. You can now remove the glove box from the car.

Next, pull off the filter cover and remove the filter. If you haven't done this before it will probably be full of dirt. Either clean it really well, or buy a new one.

Next, remove the fan from the bottom of the intake plenum buy removing the 3 screws that hold it in (120 degrees apart, at the outer edge). If your fingers are small enough, disconnect the fan cable before removing the fan. If not, support the fan once it's loose (don't let it hang by the wire) and then remove the two screws that hold the fan motor in place. The fan motor and fan cage will come off together. To clean it, first remove it from the fan motor by removing the clip and the end of the motor shaft with a pair of pliers. Next, support the fan cage on two blocks of wood and gently tap the motor axle until the motor and axle separate from the fan cage. Now that the fan is out, you can clean the entire intake plenum by putting your arm thru the hole the fan mounts in, and looking through the opening the filter fits into. Use Apc and some cloth. Make sure you reach far in and you can clean the fan resistor block and the Air con evaporator coil. You might have to use a brush to get the coil clean.

Next, make sure the drain tube is clear.

Assembly is the reverse.

Once done, turn the Air con on with the fan on low. Assuming it's hot you should see water coming out of the drain tube, just below the exhaust manifold in the engine bay,

Hope this helps.

Right there has been 6 million posts about bypass cables keeping clocks on and not working all speakers. Well after helping another member the last couple of days I've come up with a drawing that should help. It can also be used to understand the wires on the amp plug it you wish to make your own cable.
The colours detailed are the iso connector colours that should be on your bypass cable, NOT the Lexus wire colours.

If you get a cable with two yellow wires on one side, to be blunt, it's not right, one of the yellows should be red, and it won't send sound to the rear right speakers. There's just not enough connections.

Your cable should look like the cable in the attached picture. All but one connection should be used (this is a mute signal to the satnav).
The unit in the picture puts the dual rear speaker (mid and woofer on each side) in series, but some could be linked and run them in parallel.
