Coilovers

Hi guys, could anyone tell me whether its worth buying coilovers or just get new springs and shock absorbers as mine is running out now. If coils are worth what brand would you recommend please? I've seen them for £400, the other ones £900 so im confused what to do. Cheers

My name's Ryan, I'm 31 and living in Bedfordshire. I have a Seat Ibiza daily and a 200SX S14 Kouki hobby car that I've now owned for 5 years which has proved expensive but a lot of fun.
