Goodmorning huys,

I thought I'd introduce myself before spamming the forum asking for a supercharger fort my IS200.

I'm a 25y/o petrolhead from Rotterdam. I work in the Rotterdam harbour on a chemical/oil storage company.

As far as cars go, I used to drive these cars:
- Opel Corsa 1.6 GSI '98 (first car I owned. Funny car, but that EGR-valve Sad )
- Seat Ibiza 1.4 '94 (what a piece of sh**)
- Volvo 360 2.0 '87 (lazy slow rwd banger, fun though:ttiuwpSmile

That was the past, my current carpark is a lot beter.
- Lexus IS200 '05 (full leather, manual, I LOVE it)
- Toyota Starlet EP82 (in the middle of building to trackday 4efte shed)

I just joined, because there is a lot tot find about IS200 parts on the forum. I'm the happiest man in the world when I find a supercharger kit here Smile

PS. I tried to PM "Stix44" & "Jayjay1374" but I can't. Are their inboxes full or what?

well thought i post up my project on having a mint fto only had it since august and heres the work ive done so far:-

front and rear drilled and grooved discs and EBC pads
apex lowering springs
new stiffer shocks all round
all 24 tappet screws for mivec system (costing ******* fortune -_- little hint £360 o_0)
poly bushes all round
hell of alot of cleaning and polishing autoglym for chassis
i only partly waxoyl
new drop links
new cambelt water pump oil pump and all tensioners
all round new top mounts
new all round speakers
got a mint second hand stainless exhaust

And the next lot for next two months:-

rear and front strut braces
racing clutch kit (doing this coming monday)
new cam carrier seals (common problem on mivec engine)
new brake and clutch fluid with higher grade fluid
all round wheel alignment with caster and camber adjusted as well
refurbing alloys
new performance exhaust from manifold to rear exhaust
de-cated
some second hand front leather seats
reunderseal rest of the fto (it didnt need it but abit of faking here and there so better safe than sorry :p)
pair of evo performance rear lower control arms

thats it for now lol keep me busy till i find another lot of items to fit on the fto i am think turboing it with vr4 engine items that will bolt straight onto my engine and on standard internals get 260bhp max saftey being 250bhp and bring back it to pair with todays age Cool

i got it on the lift and fixed all the rattles and had a general check over for damage i havent notice always best top check
[Image: IMG228_zps4a129282.jpg]

till i get new exhaust this will have to do, as the 17 year old metal brackets were all rusted up making the surrounding heat shields rattle like a ***** :tongue_smilie:
all the engine bay degunked and poilshed up

Hi all,
I bought a very special Zed about two weeks ago from Andrew. He is a great bloke and I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it in the flesh (pictures really don't do it justice). It is a second car and definitely not my daily driver to work (I have a Mk4 Ford Fiesta for that). It is in pristine condition and a credit to it's previous owner. She receives attention constantly, from various age groups, and I'm now the envy of all my neighbours! So here are some pictures of the Zed (sorry about the poor quality, it's on a driveway until I've sorted out the garage).

Exhaust lambda sensors
by James S, 20-04-2021, 08:05 AM
I know the two sensors in the manifold are called lambda's.

Is the one in the cat pipe the same type of sensor?

right as some of you might of met me at modified nationals i was planning some crazy ideas. but travelled on the monday to scotland to look at a polo saloon to make rwd..... yes it was F**ked.. so i didnt let myself buy it even after the long drive.. so i got back home later that day was asking a friend if he new of anything local in buget that wouldnt be bad to start as a base.

so i found a ek civic d14 ok its not a vtec but meh not fussy at the moment it is something that has no tax and mot so first things first are to get it ready for that. here is a few snaps after i got it home.
