Hard drives
by parthiban, 15-03-2020, 02:55 PM
Random PC question here, going to put an SSD in my PC but keep my existing hard drive for data storage. Existing drive has windows on it, if I move it to SATA port 2 and plug the SSD into 1 will it be ok or will the PC try and boot from my old drive if it still has windows on it? (was planning not to format it until I've got the SSD installed and up and running)

Possible Wheel Colour Change? Opinions Needed
by TurboPete, 15-03-2020, 10:12 AM
Had a productive morning at work downloading Photoshop and reading tutorials on line on how to change wheel colours. Tried a few colours and ended up with these 2.

Or stay as they are.....

Wanted to see what white would look like too but couldn't get that to work properly. Or also a colour but with a coloured rim (oooo errrr missus!!)

Any thoughts?

by gazzi123, 14-03-2020, 06:27 PM
Hi all,

im new to outlaw forum Smile hi,

Im just wondering who can help, as hopefully i will be purchasing a is200 sport (i did have an is200 a few years ago and regret selling it, it was my pride and joy)
Im buying for keeps this time and want to make it mint exterior/interior and a complete change of most/all fluids etc:

If you guys can help me please, if you can let me know what are the best makes and compatable for the is200/types of the following (as i want to do a complete clean out, so the car is running 100% on top form):

1 - Engine oil
2 - Power steering fluid
3 - Fuel Filter
4 - Oil Filter
5 - Spark Plugs
6 - discs + pads ( i dont want to upgrade to bigger discs etc - just if there is any grooved/drilled or performance discs/pads which will fit straight on)

Thanks all
Smile

Which road to take?
by jomo, 14-03-2020, 11:15 AM
Ok, so i recently got myself a cracking bargain off ebay.

[Image: 577283_10150667022326712_575506711_93836...5510_n.jpg]

So my question is this, do i fit the above stereo and have my iphone/ipod touch sat in the tray below the stereo or do i fit this i made, which will have a cable ran behind the stereo and out the tray to try and hide it, this option (pic below) will also charge said iphone/touch!

[Image: 230229_10150181686861712_575506711_71391...1401_n.jpg]

At the moment i have this in the top of my dash.

[Image: 385394_10150454448061712_575506711_87654...2037_n.jpg]

Which i looked for ages to find one.

I will also be connecting a parrot hands free kits to this stereo.

Or any other ideas you may have?
