Why I could not make the Ace cafe

A big sorry to you all that made the Ace Cafe.

On my way to the Ace cafe I had a small incident resulting in my car getting damaged.

Good news first was no one was injured.

As you can see from the photo's my car came of worse, lucky enough it only a replacement front bumper and Jet washer.







When the car goes in for repair I am thinking of having the jet washers removed as I never really liked them.

I was going to have the stone chips resprayed next year so it not that bad really.

The accident was caused by a third car that was going left and carried on the guy in the next lane tried to avoid him slamming on his brakes but came into my lane and I caught his rear left of his bumper.
Typical the guy that caused this accident drove off in the traffic.

New here, got a IS200 Sport a 04 reg model bought half year ago, well pleased for sure, wanted something refined and smooth & this car was perfect for job, that was after owning a Mazda 323F 2.0 V6 but that was getting on abit after years of owning it. done a few things so far however pics soon for sure !!

Mitsubishi GTO - Full paint correction pics

Following on from my last post did a full wet sanding on the paintwork to remove all the orange peel. Every panel was heavy with orange peel and some paint defects like what look like dust, maybe flies that had landed on the paintwork before it had dried.

Did the whole car working through wet and dry grades 2000, 2500 and 3000 and then buffed up. Was quite pleased.

Sorry did not take any before's as just started cracking on but was the worse orange peel ive ever seen

My 96 GT4

Thought id start a project thread on my 1996 JDM Celica GT4.
Bought her in July 09 and she is a very rare metallic grey car - only made in 96.
Came with the optional recaro interior and alloy sill plates and being a face lift model it came with late spec rear lights and side skirts as standard.
mods wise it had a Blitz Nur spec R exhaust , Blitz SUS power induction kit & Blitz DSBC EBC.
Also had 17" OZ supertourismo's.
Sadly it had a horrendous Veilside bodykit - with reciepts to supply paint and fit from Nemeseis performance for £4500 :eek:
