by toxo, 17-05-2019, 02:07 PM
You need to see this, it's just frigging hilarious. It made me cry with laughter for at least 15 minutes.

broadband + phone + maybe mobile phone
by Moley, 17-05-2019, 12:02 PM
OK so we are about to move house and we need to get our phone line and broadband sorted out , also I have no contract left on my mobile phone.

So I was wondering what is my best option to go for .

I used to have my home broadband through Orange but now maybe thinking of BT . But dont know what to go for .

Just trying to get the best deal , might even think about broadband with sky .

So what dose everyone else use ??

we need to get a BT engineer out to the new house and that costs £130 , but if you take broadband with them for 18 months you get the engineer out for free.

So this is something else that needs to be take into account when deciding what to go for .

Any ideas ?????

Does this look like a Lexus / Toyota Part No?
by jimxms, 17-05-2019, 08:29 AM
sp-42201-04bk

Should hopefully be for a dark pearl IS300 emblem, but I dont know if that's a proper part number or something else.

Dress Advice Required

Hi everyone,

got a big interview (well for me it is) it could mean me working within 0.5 miles of where I live, and an increase of atleast £150 per month in pay !

Got everything ready for the interview, all the general answers though through, specially, equality and diversity which the NHS are quite fond of.

But what do I wear? I got a full suit which i will be wearing, black stipes.

But what shirt and tie?

I have always gone for white shirt and red tie, with cufflinks, but my work colleague said I suit black shirt with red tie.

What you guys think? what color arrangements would you wear.

I know its all about the answers you give, but impressions are always important?

How do you clean your engine bay?
by jimxms, 16-05-2019, 10:40 AM
The first time I cleaned my engine bay I did it like this:

- Run engine for a few minutes to heat it up.
- Covered over any electrical connectors and other bits I didnt think should get wet with cling film.
- Sprayed everything with Autoglym Engine Degreaser
- Left for a minute or two
- Used jet washer to wash it all off. Trying my best to avoid any electricals
- Left car for 30 mins to drip dry.
- Started engine to burn off anything left behind (lots of water in headers!)

Does that sound about right, or would you have done anything any differently? I'm planning to clean the engine again int he next few days.

Essex Urban Photography

Banzai want me to get some pictures of my car in urban settings with rather plainish backgrounds (i.e: no fields of barley, seaside pics, neon signs..etc), only thing is I've absolutely no idea where to go nearby.

I guess I'm looking for a factory setting maybe? I'd rather try and avoid car parks as multistorys will rip my bumper off.

Any ideas?
