Myself, Rabster and Ormi left the pub about 6-6.30ish, and I then left Ormi about 7.40pm at the services so he's in for a late night :blink:

Great to see everyone again, and nice to meet a few members i've not met before :thumbup1:

Moody night shots?

Hi Guys,

What are generally the best settings on a DSLR for capturing the moody night time shots? I've only ever used my DSLR to take product shots before (stuff on pure white backgrounds etc).

I had a go earlier down the local car park, but couldn't hang round long enough to play as people were giving me and my tripod weird looks





Both of these were taken with a 5sec shutter speed iirc. Meh tbh.

Club Photo Galleries

How about we have some web based galleries, like canibeat or juicebox?
We could get members to do hi-res photo shoots, or have dedicated photographers at meets and then upload them. There must be members with decent carmeras on here?
Would flesh out the website a bit and maybe attract new peeps. I think the garage is getting close to whats needed, but think its far to faffy.

Aftermarket - Tyre pressures ?

A friend of mine works for a well know tyre place and today stated (to my horror) he generally guesses the right tyre pressures after he has fitted new ones on cars Apart from the fact, I said he needed shoooting:Shooting:
I then started to wonder if my own tyre pressures are right or not

So, whats your reccomendations (Mk2 MR2 Turbo)

Bad Day !

Well got a call this morning from my parants saying there garage had been broke into, then found out No8 got broke into so the little **** bags took my dads mountain bike, petrol strimmer, my car amp and my 200cc off road pitbike with an extra set of wheels.

the police have found the petrol strimmer along with car amp, also guitar and amp, bosch leaf blower and petrol lawn mower over the feilds under some corregated sheeting.
