Sorry guys. I've been on the forum for a little while and haven't introduced myself :o

I have only owned my IS200 for a couple of months. It's a SE model in Blue, no idea what one, and is pretty stock save for some slight tweaks. Shame the CD has packed up!! (Err3)

Previous cars include a DC2 Intregra, Subaru Impreza (long before every ****** had one), several Nissan Skylines, an M3 and a few other interesting cars including purpose built track machines.





I've been involved with trackdays since the late 90's, and also competed in sprints, a fair few events at Santa Pod and a couple of drift events.

Sorry for the wordy and belated intro. I'll try to remember my manners from now on

key fob battery

hi all,

i need a new battery for my key fob

my question is can i just buy any CR1616 3V battery or do i have to get one specificly for a car key fob as the prices dont match up

i can buy a duracell battery for about £3, but if i buy one from lexus its £8.03 why such a difference in price

any help would be great

Hey let me officially introduce my self and my ride.
Posted a couple of times on the forums but never really introduced my self so here goes.

My name is Dale and i drive a 2000 IS200 auto. Recently I was lucky enough to get my hands on a charger so now I am
boosted and enjoying it.

The mods so far- Trd body kit, Trd grill, Trd swaybars, blitz nur spec exhaust, Tte Compressor, eibach sportline springs,
Front cross drilled & slotted rotors and a couple other cosmetic mods to add. So here are a few pics before i got the charger. Will post recent ones when i get some time.

Well ive had a few bits done to the car and as everyone loves em, i took a few pic along the way!

First up was my lower ball joints which were shot!! Bought them from ebay as per the link from Ormi, cheers mate :thumbup1:

Sat morning i popped along to see Tony to have my annual geo check up!

A few months ago Lexus lent me an IS 250 F-Sport for a week and the day before I was supposed to bring it back I thought I'd take a few pictures of it. Unfortunately I could only take one exterior picture before it started snowing A LOT.









Two hours later it looked like this


As the car had summer tires it became totally undriveable. I had to leave it at work for a few days until the first snow had melted.
