Anyone clued up on peugeot electrics?

by Fozzy, 15-08-2018, 05:05 PM

A friend has a 2001 406 that wont start. It has power to all relevant systems, ecu, fuel/ign relay etc. It is getting fuel to the rail. But it still wont start. Im thinking its a lack of spark, but it has a coil pack, so its difficult to check the spark at the plugs.

Anyone know what i could check next

GameCity - gaming event in vienna

by abactus, 15-08-2018, 03:17 PM

pics from today - sorry no cars this time

GameCity is like a super-small version of the E3 Expo in vienna

there were a lot of kids around so I didn't play a single game - you had to wait forever to play GT5.

so I just took pics and shook hands with some guys from local gaming tv-shows

chris's 200sx

by Chri5, 15-08-2018, 11:22 AM

well i've had this car for about a month now and i've not done anything to it apart from fitting an engine damper.
however i have been chatting to the previous previous owner who did all the hard work and he's sent me a lot of the pictures of it being built so i thought you might like to see the transformation thats taken place upto this point.

how the car started life

next step was wheels and exhaust

followed by the arrival of the very large intercooler, alloy radiator with 12" electric fans and coilovers

next step was the exedy 6 paddle clutch and lightened flywheel

then the bodykit arrived so the car spent the next few weeks having it fitted and a complete respray.
