Flat spots on alloys

Just curious, if a rim has a flat spot does this affect the handling at all, as in vibration?

Hi Guys,

Follow on from my I sold my car thread.......

Picked up the new car on Tuesday. Definitely doesnt feel as special as the Lexus but boy is it quick!

Honda is to contact 171,372 owners of the Jazz (2002-2008) year model in the UK, to arrange an examination of the master power window switch, as part of a safety recall.

I find Lexus warrenty cost to be expensive what do you think?

Warranty Cover IS SERIES IS F RX SERIES GS SERIES LS SERIES SC SERIES
New vehicle warranty up to 60,000 miles or 3 years* Free Free Free Free Free N/A
12 month unlimited mileage extended warranty (vehicle must be less than 7 years old) IS £715 ISF £935 RX £935 GS £935 LS £935 SC £1,020
24 month unlimited mileage extended warranty† (vehicle must be less than 6 years old) IS£1,260 ISF £1,740 RX £1,740 GS £1,740 LS £1,740 SC£1,845


All vehicles must have less than 140,000 miles when the extended warranty is taken out. All prices are fully inclusive of VAT. Prices apply to Lexus vehicles only. Easy payments by Direct Debit are available.

For drivers who will exceed 60,000 miles within the 3 year manufacturer’s warranty, purchasing within this period will provide cover for the full three years as well as the additional 12 or 24 months.

*Five-year hybrid component warranty. For hybrid models, certain components within the hybrid drivetrain system have a five-year or 60,000 miles warranty, whichever comes first.

just started to notice slight rust on my inner rear arches would this be best going to a body shop to get sortted.or is there a way of doing this yourself.

i have DaveEdin's tte bumper i collected it for him last night (im in reading), however just looking for ways to ship it up to him anyone got any cheapish couriers to use or other suggestions? i've signed up to shippy which is a courier auction thingymijig and just waiting for other people to send me some quotes but thought id ask if anyone knew of other companies to use?
